Piping specification From the point of view of the process, I have the ability to specify piping for liquids, gases and two-phase flow according to the API recommended practice, API RP 14 E “Recommended Practice for Design and Installation of Offshore Production Platform Piping Systems”. All data needed is based on the data obtained from the simulation of the aforementioned process. It is done with the ASPEN Hysys tool in which I have extensive skills.

I have the knowledge and ability to perfomr the basic specification of rotating equipment such as reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, and, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors.
I have experience in selecting centrifugal pumps for feed water to a cooling circuit, calculating pressure drops in the pipe and accessories and taking into account the NPSH of the pump model to be selected.
Centrifugal pumps are sized under the API 617 “Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Duty Chemical, and Gas Industry Services” standard.
In addition, I have solid knowledge in the selection of reciprocating compressors according to API 618 “Reciprocating Compressors for Petroleum, Chemical, and Gas Industry Services” and centrifugal compressors to API 617 “Centrifugal Compressors for Petroleum, Chemical, and Gas Service”. Industries”.
